Questions About an Order?

Recliner Magazine is an independent review website. We do not sell or ship products, and we do not handle orders, payments, returns or warranties. When you click a link on our site and buy a recliner or other piece of furniture, your order is with that store, and only that store can see or change it.

1. Find out which store you bought from

Check your order confirmation email or your bank or card statement. It shows the store’s name, for example Amazon. Then use that store’s own help pages below.

2. Track, return or get help with your order

Amazon

Many recliners and furniture on Amazon are sold by third-party sellers. You can contact the seller from your Amazon order details.

If you bought from another store or directly from a brand’s website, look for “Orders”, “Order status” or “Customer service” on that site, or reply to your order confirmation email.

3. Product questions and warranties

Questions about dimensions, assembly, frame and upholstery materials, the power or motor mechanism, weight capacity, or warranty claims are best answered by the manufacturer. Contact the brand through its official website, and have your receipt and the chair’s model number ready. Large furniture is usually delivered by a freight carrier arranged by the seller, so delivery appointments and damage on arrival go to the store you bought from.

4. Recalls and safety problems

To check whether a recliner, rocker, glider or other piece of furniture has been recalled, search the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission’s recalls database. Furniture recalls often involve tip-over hazards, and power recliners can have electrical or motor problems. If a recalled product is yours, follow the instructions in the recall notice and contact the company named there. You can report an unsafe product at SaferProducts.gov.

5. Still not sure where to go?

Send us a message through our Contact page and tell us which product and article you came from. We can’t see, change or cancel orders, but we can tell you which store or brand to contact.
